Wilton's Encyclopida Vol. 3 is great ! It's a very large book (some 400+ pgs) no longer inprint. It comes up for sale on eBay often. Not only does it show you each tip Wilton has, it showes how touse it and what pretty cakes you can make using that tip.

I agree! I snatched mine off of ebay and I love it! I sure wish Wilton would publish books like that again. Here's one on ebay:
