I am not sure I am posting this in the right area. I am new to cake decorating I am taking a class at Michael's. I still have a few classes left and left over icing. Can I refrigerate the icing? Will it turn out the same? Or will it be good for the next couple of weeks just sitting on the counter? Or does it need to be refrigerated? Sorry for all the questions.

TIA!!

Heather

Not only can you refrigerate it but you can freeze it. icon_biggrin.gif Whenever you want to use, just let it warm up to room temperature and you can use it however you want. I really don't know of anything you can do to ruin it. thumbs_up.gif
