Anyone know why the recipe calls for 2% milk.. and has anyone used whole milk... ???

It may have been the recipe author's preference. It makes little difference. You can use most anything from water to heavy cream. The amount of liquid is quite small, usually.

I just got done.. made it from whole milk... actually is a bit softer... still just as yummy
