it might just be me. my second attempt at toba's fondant. it comes out perfect i think but i find when i try to make a dark color like red or black or regal purple the fondant starts to like seperate from itself. i tryed adding a few drops of vinegar, more corn syrup, more confectioners sugar and i can't correct it. anyone else have this problem? any advice would help. oh and i do live south of new orleans(very hot and humid right now)don't know if that might be a factor.
ooh...i've never had that problem with toba's fondant. i can't imagine what could be the problem. hope someone can help you.
