I am very new to cake decorating. I am wondering what icing is best for summer weather.

What stands up to the heat/humidity?

And what icing won't melt as easily?

If there is a thread already, I'd be happy with a link. icon_smile.gif

I did a search, but couldn't find anything based on the criteria I used.

Thanks!
