I made a BUNCH of whipped cream filling for a couple of cakes. The filling came from "The Cake Bible" -Fruit Cloud Filling. It called for whipped cream, raspberry puree, sugar, and gelatin.
I still have 3 cups of it left after 3 days. It is a little soupy. Is there anything I can do to with it? I tried to whip it again and it would not stiffen up at all.
Is it time to toss it? Can I do anything with it? I was even thinking of using it for a base for ice cream? Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the advice.
Since it's already separating, I would toss it.
