Can anyone tell me what sizes they think the layers may be? I'm guessing the very top one is 4 1/2 x 4 1/2? I'm trying to come up with price to charge. She is wanting it covered in fondant also. I don't have a set price per serving. Most of the cakes I've done have been for family, friends or friends of friends so I charge them for supplies.

Thanks!

Hi and welcome to Cake Central! I'm reading your question but am a little confused. Are you just trying to find someone's price list for all different sizes of cakes or do you need help determining which size cakes to use for a certain event? How many serving do you need?

This is a great site for pan references and sizes, as well as cutting guides and serving charts: http://www.earlenescakes.com/ckserchart.htm

There is so much inforamation on her site - lots of tips and products too.

** Her serving chart is a little bit on the bigger side.

Sorry, guess I wasn't very clear was I?

I have someone who wants this cake. I was trying to find out what size the layers were so I could come up with a price. I got if figured out though.

Thanks for the information. thumbs_up.gif
