Can anyone tell me what to charge for a wedding cake for 150 people? I really have no clue.I have made a very large wedding cake before but did not charge for it. Should I price it by size or by the slice? Please help!!

Generally, most charge by the slice. I've read in other posts that that is the fairest way for you to recoupe what you have put into your work. You might want to see what local bakeries charge and then see if you can go a little bit cheaper but still be ahead? I hope this helps
