I am frosting 12 large cupcakes for guests coming over tonight and I REAAALLY don't want to make a huge batch of frosting. Anyone have a good recipe for a small batch????
Why don't you just 1/2 or 1/4 the recipe that you use. I would start out with the least amount of liquid until you get the consistancy that you like.HTH
