Hi all. I have posted this so many times and no one has ever answered. So I will try again, hoping for some help. I need to make the mini tacos for my class. I just need to know how to make the taco shells. Is it candy clay or what? If so how do you het the taco like shape? Please help. I need to make these for my class Fiesta party next week. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I ran into this very same issue when a friend and I wanted to make taco cookies for Cinco de Mayo last week. The solution was a very soft cookie that turned out like a pancake/crepe. It was easily folded (and we filled it with a mango salsa, chocolate sauce and mint). I don't remember the recipe off hand, but it was from a Christmas Cookies magazine from last year. The recipe was called 'Texas Tacos'. Alas! - I just found the recipe online for you from Better Homes & Gardens:

I hope this helps!!

These are cute! She also explains how she did the shells.
Good luck!
