I've tried melting my fondant and it didn't turn out well. How do you do it and how do you get it so smooth? Please help!!
Poured fondant has a different recipe than regular or MMF, so heating/melting already made fondant won't yield the results you want.
Sifting your powdered sugar before using will eliminate any lumps so that you have a smooth coating.
