I am sure this tread is on here a bunch of times but with over 700 pages just in the How Do I section alone and only 24 hours in a day.......well here I go asking it anyway.

My BC is not smooth icon_cry.gif and I am not sure how to fix it. I use the recipe with butter and shortening and I sift my sugar but it is still holey! If anyone could give me some tips on how to get the air holes out that would be great!!

Thanks for you help! icon_biggrin.gif

The wedding bouquet looks thick, would vanilla flavor be the same? Also for the coffee creamer, what brand do you use?

My wonderful husband bought me a KA this weekend so I will give the full quantity a try although there is no way I will use all that icing withing the next week!!! icon_lol.gif

Thanks again for you help...I love this place!!! thumbs_up.gif

Hi and Congrats on your 1st post, Eileenscakes. icon_smile.gif

Another tip to make sure any b/c recipe comes out smooth is to sift the powdered sugar before using.
