Hi everyone.

i had my first consult today and the bride wants a square tiered cake with short pillars in between where they can be hidden by gerber daises between the tiers. She wants the bottom tier to be like a normal square tier, but the middle one she wants it positioned with the corner of the tier facing the front and then the top tier facing a different part of the cake also...does that make sense? If you have anyway of showing me pics of cakes that could help me figure out exactly what she wants...that would be so great! Thanks!

I made one like what you need only mine was stacked not separated. The thing I learned is that your cakes need to be 4" difference to make them line up better. Like use 16, 12, 8. Look in my photos.

This might be what your looking for just need to turn the tiers you need to use short pillars or a 6" x2" round styro foam dummy between the tiers. You can use shot glasses also.
