Hey everyone.
So I'm in the middles of decorating.. and I used this.
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant banana pudding mix
1 very ripe banana, mashed
1 cup milk ( i used skim..)
2 tablespoons rum
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 In a medium bowl or food processor, mix pudding, banana, milk and rum until very thick. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spread over any size cake

This is WAYYYY too runny!! Will confections sugar thicken this up? Any thoughts? Right now it seems almost as runny as milk, pancake mix is thicker than what I have!
I think I might try adding another 1/2 box of pudding mix if you have it, I think powdered sugar would make it really sweet, and would take a lot to thicken it.
Try sticking it in the fridge for a bit to firm it up. Not too much though or you won't be able to spread it nicely. Or add more pudding mix and just whisk it...not in the blender.
