ON CAKES
SUCH AS CARDINALS OR BOSTON RED SOCKS

DO I NEED A LICENSE TO DO CAKES IN INDIANA

But a quick answer is, yes, sport logos are licensed also. When you look at sport logos somewhere you will usually see a T, R, or C in a circle around it somewhere. That means it is illegal to reproduce it w/o permission (for sale... if you want to do it just for your self or as a gift w/no compensation for the recreation then you can do it w/o any problems, it is when you start receiving money or some form of payment in return that it is illegal)

2nd: It is considered shouting to type in all capital letters.
3rd: It is illegal to make & sell cakes from your home in Indiana. You must have a health dept inspected kitchen, a business license and insurance.
