Does this icing have to be refrigerated? It has crisco in the recipe but I was unsure about whether it needed to be refrigerated.

I don't think so. I just used it and didn't and it tasted so good still a few days later.
If you own a bakery or home shop, the icing would need to be in the fridge because of the cream cheese. However, I bake for a hobby and have left if out overnight and it would still be okay. More than that,
it goes in the fridge!
