Why does the fondant get stuck in my cutters? It doesn't seem to matter if it's thick or thin sometimes I'll cut something with a cookie cutter or other press cutter and when I lift it away the fondant stays in the cutter then I have to push it out and it gets ruined. What am I missing?
Hi, try putting the tiniest bit of crisco on your finger and then rubbing the edges of the cutter. This is what I was taught at a Nicholas Lodge class with gumpaste or 50/50 and it did the trick.
