Good morning,
Confectionery Artist of Central Virginia is a non-profit organization which brings together people interested in the art of cake decorating and related
fields for the exchange of information and ideas. The club will actively
promote the hobby through the sponsoring of cake show and demonstrations.
At this point we are still in the early stages of establishing the club.
By-laws have been created and will be reviewed at our first meeting which
will be announced shortly. Once that meeting time has been established we will meet once a month at that time.
I would also like to announce that I am currently working out the details
with Mrs. Kim Morrison who has agreed to visit us from PA to teach a class
on string work. If you are not familiar with her work, she won the Mid
Atlantic Cake Show and Wedding Cake Competition in 2007 .
