How Do I Store Leftover Egg Yolks?

And for how long before they must be used? I keep throwing them out, but I hate the waste!
I don't have a lot of time to make anything else with them right now, but may try the tiramisu filling recipe on here, unless you have any better suggestions.

Hi there, have you tried making curd with different fruits? You can use the curd as a filling in a cake.
