Instead of adding vanilla extract to my whipping cream, could I add the juice from strawberries or boysenberries to create a fruit flavored whipping cream?
I think in order to get a strong flavor, you would have to add too much liquid and the cream might not whip well.
But you could try it if you have extras.
I was thinking the same thing. Maybe I will just add an extract, and then fold the fruit into the whipping cream. I have a recipe that you can add maple syrup or molasses to the cream, but those are dense flavors.
