Can you decorate with cream cheese frosting and if so does anyone have a good recipe? Thanks Karla

You sure can! Go to the recipe section and any of those will work. I've heard a lot of good reviews about the crusting version.

This is what I do...I made it up on my own, it worked pretty good:

8 oz block cream cheese
1 C. Butter (or shortening if you want it pure white)
2 lbs confectioner's sugar
2 Tbls Merengue powder
6 Tbls water

It's yummy and it crusts!

I use the crusting cream cheese icing recipe from the recipes section here, and it works like a dream. icon_smile.gif

There's a decorators cream cheese icing recipe on here that makes a lot of icing and is wonderful to work with. It was enough to do a three tiered wedding cake...

I have travelled long distances with it and it never cracked...
