What sizes of pans would i need to feed 150 people at a wedding? I looked at Golda's kitchen and the have the 4,6,9,12 & 15" hexagon pans there but will that be enough servings?

2" tall 3" tall 4" tall

Hexagon
6"    7    10    13
    8"    12    18    24
    9"    15    22    30
    10"    19    28    37
    12"    27    40    54
    14"    37    55    73
    15"    42    63    84

coming out a little hard to read, but from left to right its the pan size, then servings by 2, 3, and 4" heights

usually for wedding cakes, you stack teo 2" cakes to make one 4" cake. 6-9-12-15 at 4" is 181 and at 3" is 135. Take your pick icon_smile.gif
