How do I put a FBCT on a cookie cake? Do I need the cake to be cold?

Thanks!

I'm no expert on this, but you don't have to have the cookie cold. Just make the FBCT like normal and then flip it on to the cookie. I've only done one using a FBCT (usually do a chocolate transfer) but make sure you ice the cookie smooth with buttercream first, otherwise the transfer doesn't sit level on the cookie (at least I had that issue with the chocolate chip cookie cake I made) HTH
