How Long Can You Refrigerate Nfsc Dough

If I mix it on Wednesday night, would it be okay to leave in the fridge until Saturday night to bake them, or should I freeze it?

I've kept mine in the fridge for that length of time.

I've read you can freeze it after you do your cutouts but I have never done that. If you do freeze them they just take a min longer in the oven.
