I Added Too Much Gum Tex, Help!

I added too much gum tex to my fondant (michele foster's) and now its just crumbling. I keep kneading and kneading and it's not working! I added some crisco and some corn syrup and i think its getting worse. Any advice??

I was going to say add some shortening... but you said you did and it's getting worse?! ...not sure about the corn syrup... Can you try adding a little water (very small amount)?

perhaps a quick 5 sec zap in the microwave will help bring it together since you have tried the other things i would have suggested.

more glycerin? I had some crumbly that was only trash if I couldn't fix it so I added glycerin until it was good again! That became the base color for my sexy shoe cake so you can see I was able to roll it out and use it.
