Just got my agbay. Works woderfully! Except, I am wondering what the best way is to use it when you need to cut less than an inch? The blade doesn'tdrop down because of the feet. If I'm cutting a 1 inch layer in half, what is the best way to do it?
i just either place the cake layer on the back of a cake pan to raise it up, or onto some cake boards.
I just wanted to add that you can place it on your turn table too.
