For my dd's b-day, i am making cc's covered w/ fondant cut w/ a scalloped cutter, w/ a butterfly & some small flowers (saw it on cc, will check who's when i post the pics). for the adults, i want to make cheesecake cupcakes w/ a caramel topping, decored the same way. i want it fondant-like, so i can cut it out. does this make sense? how would i do it?
Choco-Pan makes an awesome caramel fondant. I think you can get right through Global.
