I am having trouble with my cupcakes. I want a nice round top cupcake. I try filling only half way and get a flat but not rise above wrapper cupcake. But if I fill more it spreads more flat above wrapper, sticking to pan. I have tried cooking at 325 or at 350 same results. Having trouble with search engine, thought I had saved a thread on best cupcakes but can't find. Please help me to make better cupcakes. Mine taste good but I want a more round above the wrapper top,.

there's a variety of responses to that very question.
from starting out with a super hot oven then reducing the heat to reducing the amount of liquid.
