Sticking Fondant To Buttercream...

Does anyone have any tips?
I will be making fondant decorations (polka dots) and sticking them on buttercream. Are they any special things I need to do to get them to properly stick....and stay?

I think with a little bit of water would do the trick.

I use piping gel as a glue for fondant to buttercream......I use vodka for fondant to fondant

water will do for small decorations like polka dots and stripes.. larger decorations I do with gum glue icon_smile.gif
