I wanted to start my baking on Tuesday and my decorating on Wed. The order is due on Saturday for a communion party. I need to make 100 nfsc with satin ice and royal accents. Do you think that will be too soon before the party? I also have to make 3 doll dress cakes for the same day and wanted to have my cookies done and bagged by Thursday. Thanks everyone for your help.

They will be fine. If you want to get a head start make and cut all your dough now and freeze it. Then the day before you want to decorate all you have to do is bake the cookies and make your icing Decorate the next day (If you are doing satin ice and putting them on warm cookies, then have these cut out and stored ahead of time also)

Then finish up and bag by thursday.
