I need a template for a hugs and stitches boy cake. The napkin I have is too small to do a transfer and I don't think I can free hand it. She wants it all butter cream too. Any suggestions would be great.

i'm not sure of the design right off, although i do love the name!

what i do when i have a design that i need bigger is to find it online or in a book or whatever, then lay it on my scanner and keep getting it bigger and bigger by percentage until it's the size that i need it to be. you might lose some definition, but you can just look at the original and recreate it when you do the transfer...i'm assuming you mean a buttercreme transfer, not an edible image, right?
