I need to "glue" a cookie pop stick to the back of a diabetic cookie. Heres my question.
If I melt a sugar free piece of candy and pipe it onto the back of the cookie, will it harden like the candy wafer pieces do"?
Or is there another way?

Do a test sample. That would be the best thing you could do. Another option is to bag the cookie, then glue on a stick to the bag. One of the decorator's on here does it that way, and she seems to have good success at it. At least it would solve the diabetic dilemma.
