I've had it with Wilton pans and their sloping sides!
I'm ready to invest in some real pro bakeware and while I had always thought I would go with Magic Line, it seems like Fat Daddio's are everywhere now and a little cheaper than ML. Anyone have any feedback for me?
I have ML pans in some rounds and a square, and I have the FD in the triangles, so it's not exactly apples and oranges, but the FD have rounded edges and corners. At least the triangle pans do. ML has nice square edges and corners.
I prefer ML because the corners and sides are so crisp and sharp. I know they are more expensive but I feel they are worth it.
I hear you about the cheaper pans - not worth it in the long run.
I have a couple ML pans that I really really like, but I think I need to try a few of the Fat Daddio's because I would like some of the shapes they offer that ML doesn't.
But I would not hesitiate to buy more ML pans.

cheftools.com has good prices since I can pick them up and avoid shipping charges, maybe I'll try one size of each.
