I was just wondering how it is supposed to feel! I made my first batch last night and have only used fondant once before (wilton) that was stretchy. MMF is really not stretchy, more crumbly. Is this the right consistency??
Kay, it should not be crumbly, it should stretch. Try adding more crisco to it, it should fix the problem. HTH
Search the recipes and try Rhonda's Ultimate MMF. Her reciped adds corn syrup to it. That made a world of difference for me.
