i wrote about it below, but i guess no one knew what the post was about.
i saw on the today show a story about people lending to other people online for business purposes on prosper.com...it looks interesting....might be a way to go for people who have been turned down by the bank.

I've been thinking about it for a new roof my the place i'm renovating for the bakery...but geeze...i hate a payment!
