Hello all! Does anyone have a good recipe for a white chocolate BC that crusts? My bride and groom have requested a choc. cake with raspberry BC filling, but they don't like fondant and have asked for a white choc. frosting. I'm going to put thin fondant stripes around the tiers (only a few) and don't want to damage the frosting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
