I made some Lemon pudding the other day (hoping it would taste like the middle of a lemon meringue pie) well it didn't and I can not even look at any type of lemon right now and I love the stuff -- If I even smell it, I start to get sick to my stomach. (DH says time to take a pregnancy test -- We are trying -- but I want to wait a few more weeks -- I'll keep you posted)

However the coconut creme pie sounds devine!

I don't use the pie crust in the recipe, I make a real pastry crust that tastes like a shortbread cookie...then add a layer of melted chocolate (or ganache) under the pie filling....mmmmmm

Oh, Christi, sorry, but we got the good weather over here. It's been gorgeous outside for the past two days, but don't worry, it's suppose to rain tomorrow. At least now I can finish planting my rhododendrons! Five years in a house with no landscaping is way too long.
