1 package of vanilla pudding

mix all wet ingredients.
sift cake mix sugar flour and salt into wet.
add pudding mix just before your ready to put into oven

kels_bells, I think I'd like to drink that cake batter. tapedshut.gificon_biggrin.gificon_lol.gif

Here's another recipe (less liqueur):

This one uses liquid non-dairy creamer & liqueur:

Now JanH, why would anyone want LESS liqueur??? icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

And kels_bells, I think I might have found a new favorite cake recipe! My mom and I love amaretto so I think I'm going to use this recipe to make her Mother's Day cake! Thanks for sharing! thumbs_up.gif

JANH.....Thats how I disguise my drinking problem..ROFL

You can use 1cup of the liquer and 1/2 cup cream to cut down on the liquer.

AMIA let me knw how you like it.

Kels,  What icing do you use on this cake? I have a customer who wants an Amaretto cake for her wedding and my go to is a cream cheese buttercream but I thought that may be too rich for this cake? What are your thoughts? Also, how dense is this cake? Can it stand up to stacking?
