Hello all
Does any one have a home made recipe for a white chocolate cake. I also need a good icing for this cake. Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks

When you say "homemade" do you mean scratch or extended box mix? I consider anything I make in my kitchen to be homemade, but that term is up for interpretation. I have a good box mix recipe, but I don't usually bake from scratch. As for the icing, I just use BCD and it's delicious. Just in case you are not referring to a scratch recipe and are open to using a box mix, this is what I use:

1 box Betty Crocker white cake mix
1 box instant white chocolate pudding
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup canola oil
4 eggs
6 oz melted white chocolate

I'm sorry I couldn't help you with a scratch recipe. This recipe is really good though. I hate cake, but I LOVE this! I made cupcakes with it about a week ago and ate all but two! icon_redface.gif
