Newbie here! Also, I'm a cake/cookie decorator wannabe, but I have no clue where to begin. Now that my kids are getting older, it'd be nice to create some memorable birthday/holiday sweets. Any tips or ideas on how this newbie should begin? icon_smile.gif

Check your local craft stores and community college for cake decorating classes. That'll get you started. I've learned so-o-o much from this site, but having a base is extremely helpful!
