I made some chocolate ganache last week and I have it in the fridge and was wondering what the shelf life of ganache would be. Does anyone know more or less how long it would be good? TIA

I have no idea, but am interested to find out about this, too. Hopefully, someone can answer this question soon.

in toba garrett's book, she says to store in an airtight container, and refrigerate . says it will keep for 2 weeks in frig.

I have had luck with it in a sealed container, in the fridge for 4 weeks....and still good. But I have never tried it longer. Hope that helps!
