I was wondering the same KsCakes. I have all my dry goods in a hutch in my dining room already; however I use my refridgerator. When I've done big cakes, or multiples, I've rented a refridgerator temporarily. I wonder if I would have to keep a secong fridge?

You have to keep things separate and if in the same fridge they must be on sep. selfs and labeled. If you have the space i would recommend a 2nd fridge as it makes it much easier.
For the animals. they can live in the same house but must have gates or doors to keep them out of the kitchen area.

Thank you Bakershusband. I've called and emailed my BOH, but have recieved nothing back. I may just have to walk in.
One more question...can the dog not be allowed in the kitchen ever? Should I not even have his food and water in there?
Thank again. icon_smile.gif
