My first disaster...kind of....I did a wedding cake this past weekend for DD boyfriend's sister. It was a tropical theme and I copied the Hawaiian shirt that was in this months Mailbox News. My DD was going to the wedding so I was just going to have her set up the cake, b/c it was about 50 miles away. Well on Sunday she was showing me the pictures but forgot to skip over the one of the shirt cake that showed the damage to the side! (She knew I would be upset and wanted to spare me!) She said that when she went to get cakes out of the vehicle....she told everyone to back off. But apparently Grandpa didn't listen and was going to get the sand out of the back floor board and I guess it was heavier than anticipated and his arm landed in the side of the cake and not in sleeve area! icon_smile.gif The damage wasn't too bad but I'm glad I wasn't there to see it. Guess that will teach me to just deliver myself and keep "helpful" family members at a distance!
