I am so forgetful.. for some reason I don't know the ratio of the chocolate, heavy cream and to make it shiny the karo....

Somebody have a quick recipe they could cut and paste here for me so I can run it off? Thanks a million icon_smile.gif

The 'classic' does not include corn syrup, but you could certainly add a couple of tablespoons.

The chocolate cream and butter will normally be very shiney. If you chill it, the shine will dull. It can be refreshed with a light warm hair dryer.
