I'm donating two mini cakes to church for a missions auction they are doing but I have no idea how to package them. I'm brand new at this, can you tell? icon_smile.gif The cakes will be 3" x 3" square, two-layer cakes with roses on the top and a shell border around the bottom. I don't have ANY money to go buy special packaging, but I want to make sure the cakes both look good and stay fresh. I'm delivering them tomorrow (Thursday) morning and they won't be auctioned off until Friday evening. Oh, and they will be auctioned separately, so they need to be packaged seperately.
TIA for your help!

Becca

I don't have any suggestions for something you have laying around your house, but if you bought a couple of small, square gift boxes that might work and shouldn't cost much. Or cover a piece of cardboard with some wrapping paper, but if you do that they're not actually in anything.

How about these? They are 6" x 4 1/4" and about 4-5" high? We are so close, let me know if you want them! icon_smile.gif
