I'm practicing my buttercream skills this week. I like both fondant and buttercream, but I really need to get better at flowers. What are your favorites to make, and do you air dry or freeze them?
I do almost all BC flowers and I let them air dry in a 2" deep pan with a piece of wax paper laid over the top to protect them from dust, etc. My favorite to do is the rose, however, I also like making pansies from BC.
