How much should I charge for a purse cake?? I have a order for a LV cake for about 20 ppl and I don't know how much I should charge. Any suggestions?? Thanks

Well.. it all depends on how big it is. If you need it to serve 20ppl then you will have to think about what size cake to make. You can start with a sheet cake and cut and stack and carve it down. You need to charge for the amount of cake you make.. not what you are left with. I tend to price carved cakes as a lump sum.. not by the serving. I use my per serving prices to help calculate, but I just tell the customer it'll be $XXX dollars.
