So yeah...A section of the cake stuck onto the pan...a fairly large chunk..I'd say 1/3? Anyway I can save this? I did grease the pan...not well enough I guess -_-

Thanks for the help guys =)

Wow, if you glue it back with icing, I want to know how it turned out. I tried to save a cake last week in a similar manner and it just kept falling apart. I finally gave up and baked another cake. Might want to anyway if you're going to stack it or what not. GL!! icon_smile.gif

If you freeze the two pieces it might help keep them from falling apart when you go to put them back together. but I agree Aubrey, if you're going to stack them you might want to rebake it to help prevent the cake from collapsing under weight or pressure of another cake. To prevent this from happening again, you might want to line the bottom of your cake with parchment, but still grease/spray the sides of the cake pan! HTH! Good luck!

I froze it and stuck it with icing...I guess we'll see how it goes! Thanks guys!
