Carved Saxophone Cake..... Any Ideas Of How To Do One?

Ok I searched the galleries and only found one that's looks actually carved, am I missing something? I even googled it and am coming up a zero. Anybody know of a place that has any pictures of one? TIA

Did you google under images? I just did a yahoo image search and got back some decent pictures of saxaphones. That will make an awesome cake! Good luck
