Refrigerate Poured Ganache

I made some petit fours to take to work tomorrow, I used poured ganache to cover.

Would you put the cakes in the refrigerator? or leave on the counter?

I think they're best if they're just a few degrees below room temperature rather than straight-out-of-the-fridge, but I also wouldn't leave them out all day.

Now, where is it you work because we'll all be stopping by?

I work in NJ. I also made lemon sandwich cookies and raspberry walnut Rugelach!!!
